What we collect

When you submit a form (Partner Network application, contact message or job application) we collect the details you enter, such as your name, company, job title, email, phone number, business information and any files you upload (for example a company profile or CV). We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure.

How we use it

We use your information only to review your application or message, contact you about it, introduce you to relevant partners and investors in Egypt or Qatar with your agreement, list your company in the member directory if you opted in, and assess job applications. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

Your information is shared only with authorised QEM Holding team members and, where you agree, with vetted partners or investors relevant to your expansion. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

Submissions and uploaded files are stored on protected systems and kept only as long as needed for the purpose above, or as required by law. Access is restricted to logged-in staff.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing info@qemholding.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
